HSE Manager

A company is looking to hire a qualified professional for an Owner's Engineer Services assignment on a major utility-scale Wind Energy Park project in Saudi Arabia. Position: HSE Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: Minimum 8+ years Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all HSE activities across the wind energy park construction project ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations - Develop and implement the project HSE Management System, plans and procedures - Lead HSE audits, inspections and incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out - Manage and mentor HSE inspectors and ensure consistent HSE performance across all project work fronts - Report HSE statistics, lead indicators and corrective actions to the Owner's Engineer and project management Requirements: - Wind energy project experience is mandatory - Minimum 8+ years of relevant HSE management experience
