Procurement Specialist

Shomoul Holding Company, owner and developer of The Avenues – Riyadh and The Avenues – Khobar projects, is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as a Procurement Specialist in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Key Requirements: - 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in procurement - Strong experience in procurement processes, sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations - Ability to manage and follow up on RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier performance - Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet project and operational requirements - Experience supporting large-scale projects, real estate, construction, or development environments would be valuable
