General Accountant

Mr. Eight Real Estate Development LLC is looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible General Accountant with strong reconciliation skills who can work independently under pressure with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, cash, Network International, POS, payment links, and Noqodi transactions. - Analyze, investigate, identify root causes, and independently resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner. - Ensure all customer payments are accurately recorded and allocated to the correct client accounts and units. - Verify that official receipts are properly issued, accurately recorded, and supported by payment documentation. - Detect and prevent duplicate receipts, missing transactions, incorrect allocations, and unreconciled balances. - Monitor daily collections and prepare accurate reconciliation reports. - Maintain complete, accurate, and updated client ledgers. - Proactively identify accounting errors and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and financial controls. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum 3 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably in real estate development. - Strong experience in daily bank, cash, POS, payment gateway, and merchant settlement reconciliations and intercompany. - Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently. - Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple transactions with minimal supervision. - Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and problem-solving ability. - Preferred: Filipino candidate
