Safety Engineer / Senior Safety Officer

We are urgently seeking experienced Safety Engineers / Senior Safety Officers for SEC substation construction projects. Requirements: - Saudi nationals - Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction projects - Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field - NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification preferred - Strong knowledge of construction safety, risk assessments/JSA, Permit-to-Work (PTW), and emergency response - Experience in site inspections, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and incident investigations - Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients - SEC project experience and SEC approval are an advantage
