Key Account Manager – Transportation & Logistics

SBT: Senddex – Storex – Logistex is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts, strengthen long-term relationships, and drive revenue and profitability within the transportation and logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and develop a portfolio of existing B2B customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. * Retain and grow revenue while achieving Revenue and Gross Profit (GP) targets. * Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across transportation and logistics services. * Promote FTL, LTL, dedicated fleet, distribution, cross-border transportation, and integrated logistics solutions. * Develop account growth plans for key and high-potential customers. * Monitor customer volumes, revenue, profitability, and service performance. * Prepare quotations, rate reviews, and commercial proposals. * Support contract renewals and negotiate commercial terms. * Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities, forecasts, and customer activities. * Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within Transportation or Logistics. * Strong experience in the Saudi logistics and transportation market is highly preferred. * Proven experience managing and growing B2B customer accounts. * Experience handling medium-to-large corporate customers is preferred. * Good knowledge of FTL, LTL, dedicated fleet, distribution, and cross-border transportation. * Strong commercial and financial awareness, including pricing, costing, revenue, and GP management. * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * CRM and sales pipeline management experience. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is preferred.
