HR Operations Officer

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Officer to join our team in Qatar and manage the day-to-day HR operations across the company. Key Responsibilities: • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation • Manage recruitment and hiring requirements, including job postings, CV screening and candidate shortlisting • Coordinate interviews between candidates and relevant managers • Communicate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process • Maintain employee records and HRMS data accurately • Manage attendance, leave, overtime and monthly payroll inputs • Prepare employment letters, contracts, warnings, certificates and other HR documentation • Coordinate QID, visa, medical, health certificate, labour contract and other immigration/PRO-related processes • Monitor employee document expiries and ensure timely renewals • Handle employee inquiries, grievances and disciplinary matters • Coordinate resignations, terminations, notice periods and final settlements • Support performance appraisals, promotions, transfers and salary changes • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and Qatar Labour Law • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, PRO and management on HR-related matters • Provide general HR and administrative support as required Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred • Previous HR experience in Qatar is strongly preferred • Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR operations • Experience in recruitment and interview coordination • Familiarity with QID, visa, labour and government-related HR processes • Experience with payroll inputs, leave management and final settlements • Strong Excel and HRMS skills • Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
