Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations and support management in achieving its strategic and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the company's accounting and financial operations. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning activities. - Monitor financial performance, operating costs, profitability, and budget variances. - Ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports. - Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. - Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting procedures. - Lead, manage, and develop the finance and accounting team. - Provide management with meaningful financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. - Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.
