Mechanical Engineer - Wind Turbine Generator (WTG)

A company is looking to hire a qualified professional for an Owner's Engineer Services assignment on a major utility-scale Wind Energy Park project in Saudi Arabia. Position: Mechanical Engineer - Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Location: Saudi Arabia Experience: Minimum 8+ years Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist mechanical engineering expertise for WTG installation, commissioning and O&M activities on the wind energy park Review and evaluate WTG mechanical specifications, technical documentation and vendor submittals Monitor WTG mechanical installation activities and ensure compliance with OEM requirements and project specifications Coordinate with construction, commissioning and electrical teams on WTG mechanical interface and integration requirements Prepare mechanical engineering reports and technical recommendations for the Owner's Engineer and project management review Requirements: Wind energy project experience is mandatory Minimum 8+ years of relevant WTG mechanical engineering experience
