HR / Employee Engagement Expert

We are looking for a senior HR / Organisation Development professional for a 7-10 day project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting employee interviews and focus group discussions to assess employee engagement, leadership trust, recognition, empowerment, wellbeing, speak-up culture, rewards, equality and inclusion. Requirements: Senior HR / OD background, Experience in employee engagement, interviews and focus groups, Strong communication and executive presence, Ability to engage confidently with employees at different levels, Must be a current Abu Dhabi resident. Duration: 7-10 days
