Requirements: - 3–5 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience - Strong Road Infrastructure & Construction project recruitment background - Experience sourcing and hiring technical, engineering and site-based professionals - Strong candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination skills - Excellent Arabic & English communication skills - Qatar/GCC recruitment experience preferred
